 When action passes from subject to object it is called transitive verb In intransitive verb action does not pass from subject to object  Aslam reads a book Ali writes a letter  In both examples action passes from subject to object Some other examples of transitive verb includes. Ring the bell, Ayesha. The driver stopped the train. Here are some examples of intransitive verb which shows that in  intransitive verb does not pass action from subject to an object.
